“Took a car battery I had purchased online to be fitted here. Quick service, no waiting around and a very competitive price. 4 stars for the lack of friendliness and information when I asked questions.”

“The guys were extremely efficient and honest , they did not over charge me , as I am always given crazy prices by other garages because of my gender! I was told it would cost me £1,230 to fix my car to pass MOT by Serving Stop ( this company I think it’s a scam ).I could not afford that amount upfront so I went directly to Awan Auto which I should have done from the beginning. They only charged £287 For brakes pads, replace windscreen motor & other minor stuff. Over all I’m very happy with the services. And will be back if there any other issues with my car.”

“I found like this place on Euro Parts when I was looking for somewhere to find brake pads, so called them up directly for brake pads and an MOT, which turns out cheaper than other place I tried. I was offered to bring my car in the next day, I was informed when something came up that needed changing and I was informed again when my car was ready to be collected. As a solo female approaching this garage I felt welcomed, prices were transparent and communication was excellent. I'd happily go back again for any car issues.”

“First time using Awan Auto (16/10/24), recommended by neighbour. Spoke to Malik and Dani separately, both were very friendly and informative. Initial quote on the phone was £30 MOT & £50+VAT for service (I supplied my own parts). When I handed the key at the reception, I told Dani I've changed the pollen filter and air filters myself at home a few days ago. He was incredibly honest, only charged me £30+VAT for interim service, he said less job has been carried out as I changed some parts myself. I found the staff were very friendly and chatty as well, will definitely go back to them next time. Keep up the good work and culture. Regards Kit”
