“Car was diagnosed as requiring a new Timing Chain yesterday at about 5pm by RAC. Rang a few garages to be told weren't able to the job until next week or needed to take it down to be diagnosed. Came across Awan on a quote site and booked in but wasn't sure if the slot for this morning was correct. Called this morning and confirmed my slot. I had misdiagnosed the problem on the site as a Cambelt and waterpump. Was told straight away Timing Chain. Price given over phone before work started and collected car today. By far the best experience I have had after being a driver for 20 years. Will definately be going back and letting family and friends this is the place to go to for repairs etc.”

I had my Cambelt replaced and water pump, although they said I can do the water pump myself as this was something that was simple to replace, I felt just from honesty that I was happier for team to do it for me. They replaced my Cambelt and Water pump and then without asking they showed me the old kit which was a really nice touch to reaffirm the trust and top it all off the car was cleaned inside and out for me. Absolute legends and very polite and professional team. Will be coming back for future bits! :)”

I talked to the owner and he explained to in a professional manner. They did a brilliant job to replace my exhaust and thermostat. Finished all the works in acceptable time.
